“REMEMBER THIS…”

Lunch with Mom and Dad will include a DVD video presentation featuring four favorite photos of your senior. Please include single photos of the following:

• Baby/Toddler Photo
• Elementary School Age Photo
• Early Teen Photo
• Current Photo (not their Senior portrait)

Choose pictures that show the personality and interests of your child as he or she grew up. In the past, pictures have been submitted that include family as well as individual shots.

The complete DVD presentation will be available to order at the event. Please supply either high resolution digital photo files or high quality 4" x 6" photo prints to be scanned for best results. Please do not create your own PowerPoint page or save in a word document.

Paper photos will be handled with utmost care, and returned to you on the day of the luncheon.
